The Alliance of Evangelicals of Rwanda (AER) recently held a three-day Leadership Retreat, bringing together our leaders and staff for spiritual growth, collaboration, and strategic planning.
During the retreat, participants engaged in:
- Biblical teachings and reflections to inspire servant leadership
- Workshops and trainings on program implementation and discipleship
- Strategic discussions to strengthen unity and advance AER’s mission
We thank God for a fruitful retreat that equipped our leaders to serve with wisdom, faith, and a renewed commitment to transforming communities through the Word of God.
